Why did I get an 'Inactivity Adjustment'

Per the Terms of Service, RewardShopping reserves the right to cancel or disable accounts and terminate unredeemed Points in those accounts that are inactive for a period of 30 days or more or for Points not redeemed after 24 months. "Inactive" shall be defined as failure to log in for a period of 30 days. RewardShopping reserves the right to limit your or suspend opportunities to earn Points while you remain inactive in our sole discretion.

We have this clause for two reasons: (1) to discourage fraud and the creation of multiple accounts and (2) to promote user engagement in the system.
