Why aren't I earning points from my Network?

You can see all your Benefits on the Member Status page.  For some activities, there is a maximum number of times that they can win for you (each).  If you had been earning from someone in your network, and are no longer seeing those members, they have reached your cap or are not Bronze yet.

You can upgrade your Membership Status to increase the cap for those activities, or you can invite more friends to participate.

Note, that there is no cap on the number of times you can earn from offer completions, but the percentage of points you receive is dependent on your membership status.
