It says my order was sent, but I didn't receive it!

If you are viewing your orders page at www.rewardshopping.com/orders and it says that your order was sent but you didn't yet receive it there are a few things you can do to track it down:

Most gift cards arrive in minutes via email, but some can take a few hours.  Please check your junk/spam folder.

If your order was for a Target Gift Card and it says it was sent but you didn't receive it, there is likely a problem.  We don't know why but occasionally Target Gift Cards don't make it to their destination.  The ONLY way to resolve this is to call Target at 1-800-591-3869.  Then follow the prompts and provide them with the email address you use for Reward Shopping, as well as your Order ID found on your orders page.

If it isn't in your junk/spam folder, and isn't a Target Gift Card, please create a support ticket.

If your order was not a gift card (like sunglasses or uno card game), it can take sometimes up to 30 days for the product to arrive in the mail.
